class=\"lm-wrap\">\n\n    <div class=\"lm-title-box\">\n      <h2>LM Drive Vehicle Rental Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"lm-subtitle\">\n        These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for the reservation, collection, use and return of vehicles rented from LM Drive.\n      <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"lm-section\">\n      <h3>\u00a71. Definitions<\/h3>\n      <div class=\"lm-table-wrap\">\n        <table>\n          <thead>\n            <tr>\n              <th>Term<\/th>\n              <th>Meaning<\/th>\n            <\/tr>\n          <\/thead>\n          <tbody>\n            <tr>\n              <td>Rental Company<\/td>\n              <td>LM Drive<\/td>\n            <\/tr>\n            <tr>\n              <td>Renter<\/td>\n              <td>An individual or company entering into a vehicle rental agreement with the Rental Company.<\/td>\n            <\/tr>\n            <tr>\n              <td>Vehicle<\/td>\n              <td>The car that is the subject of the rental, as specified in the Rental Agreement.<\/td>\n            <\/tr>\n            <tr>\n              <td>Agreement<\/td>\n              <td>The vehicle rental agreement entered into between the Parties.<\/td>\n            <\/tr>\n            <tr>\n              <td>Driver<\/td>\n              <td>A person designated by the Renter and accepted by the Rental Company as authorised to drive the Vehicle during the term of the Agreement.<\/td>\n            <\/tr>\n            <tr>\n              <td>Parties<\/td>\n              <td>The Rental Company and the Renter.<\/td>\n            <\/tr>\n          <\/tbody>\n        <\/table>\n      <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"lm-section\">\n      <h3>\u00a72. Rental Conditions<\/h3>\n      <ol>\n        <li>The Renter or Driver may only be a person who is at least <strong>23 years old<\/strong> and has held a valid driving licence for at least <strong>2 years<\/strong>.<\/li>\n        <li>The Vehicle will only be released upon presentation of a valid driving licence and an identity document \u2013 an identity card or passport.<\/li>\n        <li>The Rental Company has the right to refuse to release the Vehicle, in particular in the event of:\n          <ul>\n            <li>failure to provide the required documents,<\/li>\n            <li>failure to meet the age or minimum driving licence holding period requirements,<\/li>\n            <li>reasonable suspicion that the person intending to drive the Vehicle is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances affecting the ability to drive,<\/li>\n            <li>determination that the information provided during the reservation is false or incomplete.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"lm-section\">\n      <h3>\u00a73. Rules for Using the Vehicle<\/h3>\n      <ol>\n        <li>The Vehicle may only be used by the Renter or Driver specified in the Agreement and accepted by the Rental Company.<\/li>\n        <li>It is prohibited to use the Vehicle:\n          <ul>\n            <li>for further subletting or making it available to third parties without the consent of the Rental Company,<\/li>\n            <li>for the commercial transportation of persons or goods,<\/li>\n            <li>for towing other vehicles, trailers or any objects,<\/li>\n            <li>in races, rallies, sports training, tests or off-road driving,<\/li>\n            <li>by a person under the influence of alcohol, drugs, intoxicants or medication impairing the ability to drive,<\/li>\n            <li>in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose and technical conditions,<\/li>\n            <li>for transporting items prohibited by law, illegal items or items originating from prohibited acts.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>The Renter is obliged to:\n          <ul>\n            <li>comply with the road traffic regulations applicable in Spain,<\/li>\n            <li>use the Vehicle with due care,<\/li>\n            <li>protect the Vehicle against theft, in particular by locking it, activating available security systems and safeguarding the keys and documents,<\/li>\n            <li>monitor basic operating parameters, in particular the condition of the tyres, tyre pressure, lights and Vehicle notifications,<\/li>\n            <li>use only fuel that complies with the manufacturer's specifications,<\/li>\n            <li>immediately inform the Rental Company of any breakdown, damage, irregularity or road incident.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>Smoking tobacco, using e-cigarettes and consuming alcohol are strictly prohibited in the Vehicle.<\/li>\n        <li>The Renter receives the Vehicle in technically sound, clean and ready-to-use condition and, at the end of the rental period, is obliged to return it in no worse condition, taking into account normal wear and tear resulting from proper use.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"lm-section\">\n      <h3>\u00a74. Collection and Return of the Vehicle<\/h3>\n      <ol>\n        <li>The Vehicle is provided clean, technically sound and with a full tank of fuel, unless the Parties expressly agree otherwise.<\/li>\n        <li>The Vehicle may be collected:\n          <ul>\n            <li>at Alicante Airport,<\/li>\n            <li>at a car park near the airport,<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>The Renter is obliged to return the Vehicle:\n          <ul>\n            <li>at the agreed time,<\/li>\n            <li>at the agreed location,<\/li>\n            <li>with a full tank of fuel if it was provided with a full tank,<\/li>\n            <li>in a condition allowing its technical and visual condition to be assessed.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>If the Vehicle is returned without a full tank, the Rental Company has the right to charge the cost of the missing fuel and a refuelling service fee in accordance with the table of additional charges.<\/li>\n        <li>If the Vehicle is returned in a significantly dirty condition, either internally or externally, the Rental Company may charge the Renter cleaning or washing costs in accordance with the table of additional charges.<\/li>\n        <li>An extension of the rental period requires the prior consent of the Rental Company and should be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled end of the rental period.<\/li>\n        <li>Exceeding the agreed return time may result in an additional charge.<\/li>\n        <li>Failure to return the Vehicle and failure to contact the Rental Company for 12 hours after the return deadline may be considered misappropriation of the Vehicle and reported to the appropriate authorities.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"lm-section\">\n      <h3>\u00a75. Rental Period<\/h3>\n      <ol>\n        <li>The rental period is specified in the Agreement in each case.<\/li>\n        <li>The rental period begins when the Vehicle is handed over to the Renter and ends when it is effectively returned to the Rental Company.<\/li>\n        <li>Any extension of the rental period requires the express approval of the Rental Company.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"lm-section\">\n      <h3>\u00a76. Reservations and Payments<\/h3>\n      <ol>\n        <li>A reservation may be made via the website, by telephone, email, WhatsApp or by any other method made available by the Rental Company.<\/li>\n        <li>The payment method is agreed with the Rental Company in each case. Accepted methods may include online payments, card payments or cash payments, depending on the available option.<\/li>\n        <li>As a general rule, the Rental Company <strong>does not require a deposit<\/strong> for the rental of the Vehicle.<\/li>\n        <li>If the rental period is shortened for reasons attributable to the Renter, the fee for the unused rental period is non-refundable.<\/li>\n        <li>If a prepaid reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the rental date, the Rental Company may deduct a cancellation fee of <strong>40 EUR<\/strong>.<\/li>\n        <li>If a prepaid reservation is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled collection of the Vehicle, the amount paid may be non-refundable.<\/li>\n        <li>If the reservation has not been paid in advance, the Rental Company may cancel it if there is no confirmation or contact with the Renter before the scheduled collection time.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"lm-section\">\n      <h3>\u00a77. Travel Abroad<\/h3>\n      <ol>\n        <li>Taking the Vehicle outside Spain requires the prior, express consent of the Rental Company.<\/li>\n        <li>Without permission to travel abroad, leaving the territory of Spain is prohibited.<\/li>\n        <li>In the event of a breach of this obligation, the Rental Company may charge an additional fee and claim from the Renter all costs associated with such breach, including Vehicle transportation, roadside assistance, administrative costs and damage not covered by insurance.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"lm-section\">\n      <h3>\u00a78. Insurance<\/h3>\n      <ol>\n        <li>The Vehicle has the required insurance in accordance with the scope specified by the Rental Company when entering into the Agreement.<\/li>\n        <li>Only persons accepted by the Rental Company are entitled to use the Vehicle.<\/li>\n        <li>The Renter bears full financial responsibility for damage or costs not covered by insurance and for damage resulting from:\n          <ul>\n            <li>intentional acts or gross negligence,<\/li>\n            <li>driving the Vehicle by an unauthorised person,<\/li>\n            <li>driving the Vehicle under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances,<\/li>\n            <li>use of incorrect fuel,<\/li>\n            <li>leaving the scene of an incident,<\/li>\n            <li>loss of keys, documents or other items necessary to secure the Vehicle,<\/li>\n            <li>breach of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or the Agreement.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"lm-section\">\n      <h3>\u00a79. Breakdowns<\/h3>\n      <ol>\n        <li>In the event of a breakdown or immobilisation of the Vehicle, the Renter is obliged to immediately inform the Rental Company and follow its instructions.<\/li>\n        <li>The Rental Company may, where possible, provide a replacement Vehicle.<\/li>\n        <li>A replacement Vehicle does not have to be provided, in particular in the event of:\n          <ul>\n            <li>a breakdown or damage caused by the Renter,<\/li>\n            <li>loss of documents, keys or registration plates,<\/li>\n            <li>damage caused by an unauthorised person,<\/li>\n            <li>an incident occurring outside the permitted scope of use of the Vehicle.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"lm-section\">\n      <h3>\u00a710. Accidents, Theft and Damage<\/h3>\n      <ol>\n        <li>The Renter is obliged to immediately report any collision, accident, damage, loss or theft of the Vehicle \u2013 by telephone or email.<\/li>\n        <li>In the event of a road incident, the Renter is obliged to:\n          <ul>\n            <li>secure the Vehicle and the scene of the incident,<\/li>\n            <li>not leave the Vehicle unattended if its condition requires supervision,<\/li>\n            <li>call the appropriate emergency services if required by law or by the circumstances of the incident,<\/li>\n            <li>not acknowledge any claims made by third parties without the consent of the Rental Company,<\/li>\n            <li>provide the Rental Company with all available information regarding the participants in the incident, witnesses and the circumstances of the incident.<\/li>\n          <\/ul>\n        <\/li>\n        <li>The Renter is obliged to cooperate with the Rental Company and the insurer in the claims handling process.<\/li>\n        <li>In the event of a breach of the obligations set out in this section, the Renter may be held fully liable for the resulting damage.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"lm-section\">\n      <h3>\u00a711. Security and Data<\/h3>\n      <ol>\n        <li>The Rental Company has the right to equip the Vehicle with a GPS tracking device.<\/li>\n        <li>The Renter consents to the use of security and monitoring devices in the Vehicle for the purpose of protecting the Rental Company's property.<\/li>\n        <li>The Rental Company has the right to disclose the Renter's or Driver's data to authorised authorities, institutions, the insurer or other entities if this is necessary to fulfil legal obligations, pursue claims, handle damage or deal with offences committed during the rental period.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"lm-section\">\n      <h3>\u00a712. Liability of the Rental Company<\/h3>\n      <ol>\n        <li>The Rental Company is not responsible for items transported, lost or left in the Vehicle.<\/li>\n        <li>The Rental Company is not responsible for any items transported in the Vehicle by the Renter or third parties, in particular for their origin, legality or compliance with applicable laws. The Renter bears full responsibility for any legal, financial or administrative consequences resulting from transporting prohibited, illegal items or items originating from prohibited acts in the Vehicle.<\/li>\n        <li>The Rental Company is not liable to third parties for damage caused by the Renter or Driver during the rental period.<\/li>\n        <li>The Rental Company is not responsible for costs, fines, parking charges, road tolls, administrative charges or other amounts arising in connection with the Renter's use of the Vehicle.<\/li>\n      <\/ol>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"lm-section\">\n      <h3>\u00a713. Final Provisions<\/h3>\n      <ol>\n        <li>These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the Rental Agreement.<\/li>\n        <li>In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions or the Agreement, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.<\/li>\n        <li>Any disputes arising from the Rental Agreement or related to the use of the Vehicle shall be resolved by the competent common court in Poland.<\/li>\n        <li>The Rental Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
